In 2013, Thompson and Grace Investments underwent a string of audits and evaluations to become a MEMBER of the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association.

The process entailed.

1. An initial corporate audit of Thompson and Grace Investments as an organization
2. Safety and Standards audit to determine compliance of Thompson and Grace Investments

IADC CERTIFICATION

In 2017, Thompson and Grace Investments became a MEMBER of the Association. In fulfilment of the IADC codes which makes it easier for drillers to describe what kind of rock bit they are;
T&GIL follows the IADC bit Classification System to perform her operations in accordance to the formation designed for.
